Join PHCC (Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association) - Texas and The Construction Industry Education Foundation (CIEF) in mentoring the next generation of plumbing professionals! The Dream Bathroom Challenge pairs experienced plumbing contractors with high school students as they design and plan the plumbing for a functional bathroom. Over 6 weeks (September 8 - October 17), you'll guide students through plumbing fundamentals, fixture selection, and design best practices, helping them gain hands-on industry knowledge while shaping the future workforce.
Mentor Time Commitment is about 1-2 hours a week for the six weeks.
