Planning Committee Member
Help orchestrate the success of our events. As a member, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and execute event strategies, manage logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for all participants. The time commitment is fairly minimal with one-hour virtual meetings, four times leading up to the event with responsibilities that may include vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site support. Your organizational skills and creativity are key to bringing our vision to life.
General Volunteer (Thursday, October 23, 2025)
General volunteers are flexible and ready to jump in where needed throughout the day of Trades Day. Tasks may include helping with set-up, guiding attendees, supporting exhibitors, distributing materials, or assisting with breakdown at the end of the event. Your involvement is crucial to making this event a success. Thank you for your support!
Set-Up Volunteer (Wednesday, October 22, 2025)
Help us kick off Trades Day by setting the stage for a great event! Set-up volunteers are needed before the event starts to assist with arranging tables and chairs, helping exhibitors get settled, and preparing the venue. Your early support ensures the event starts strong!
Breakdown Volunteer (Thursday, October 23, 2025)
Stay after the excitement ends and help us wrap up Trades Day! Breakdown volunteers assist with cleaning up the venue, folding and storing tables and chairs, and returning the space to its original condition. Your help at the end of the day makes a big difference. Thank you for lending a hand!
