Set-Up Volunteer (Tuesday, October 7th, 2025) 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Help us kick off Trades Day by setting the stage for a great event! Set-up volunteers are needed before the event starts to assist with arranging tables and chairs, helping exhibitors get settled, and preparing the venue. Your early support ensures the event starts strong!
General Volunteer (Wednesday, October 8, 2025)
General volunteers are flexible and ready to jump in where needed throughout the day of Trades Day. Tasks may include helping with set-up, guiding attendees, supporting exhibitors, distributing materials, or assisting with meeting students at the buses. Your involvement is crucial to making this event a success. Thank you for your support.
Below are the available volunteer roles and shift options for the San Antonio Trades Day Wednesday October 8th :
Bus Duty – Meet and greet students as they arrive by bus.
8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
School Registration – Check in schools and provide event materials.
8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Clean Up & Breakdown – Assist with cleaning and packing up after the event.
11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Chaperones – Escort and guide students from booth to booth during the event.
8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
