Mentor
Industry professionals from the design, engineering, construction, and trades will be invited by high school instructors during the fall semester to attend at least two 60-minute mentoring sessions. Some mentors choose a greater involvement by serving as the project manager which includes up ten 60-minute sessions. You may select which role is best for you. The program culminates with a competition and awards lunch on December 9.
Competition Judge
Judging team presentations at CIEF’s CREATE Competition provides an opportunity to hear directly from high school students as they showcase their design, construction, and business solutions. Judges evaluate teams on creativity, technical skills, teamwork, and presentation quality while offering valuable feedback that helps students grow in both their professional and personal development.
General Volunteer
We need help with various tasks on Competition Day- December 9, 2025.
