Ladders are some of the most common yet dangerous tool that construction workers will use. In this training, we’ll focus on the safe use of ladders in the workplace, covering key topics such as proper ladder selection, inspection, setup, and usage techniques to prevent falls and injuries. Participants will learn about weight limits, angle positioning, and common hazards like overreaching or unstable surfaces. Employees can utilize this knowledge to reduce ladder-related accidents and ensure safe work at heights.
Instructor: Anh Ho is a Senior Safety Trainer at Bizhaven. Anh is a graduate from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Occupational Health and Safety. He has a wide range of safety knowledge through his experience in the manufacturing and construction industries as a certified first aid/CPR and equipment instructor, and an authorized OSHA outreach construction trainer. Anh is committed to assisting clients by providing resources, training, and helping to identify and eliminate any safety or health hazards at the work site.
