Volunteer duty descriptions:
Wednesday, December 17: Toy Sorting and event preparation 11:30am - 2:30pm Toy Sorting and event preparation: Sorting and organizing toy donations, table setup and decorations

Thursday, December 18: Event Day Setup 1:00pm - 3:00pm Final decorations, signage, registration table, finish sorting through collected toys

Thursday, December 18: Event Day Setup 3:00pm - 5:00pm Final decorations, signage, registration table, finish sorting through collected toys

Thursday, December 18: Greeters and Registration Table 4:45pm - 6:15pm Check in guests, provide nametags, direct guests with toys, receive monetary donations

Thursday, December 18: Bartenders 4:30pm - 7:00pm Set up beverages on the table, serve beer, soft drinks, and water to attendees

Thursday, December 18: Event Maintenance Runner 5:00pm - 6:00pm Checking food supply, trash can liners and drink supply

Thursday, December 18: Event Maintenance Runner 6:00pm - 7:00pm Checking food supply, trash can liners and drink supply

Thursday, December 18: Clean Up Crew & Toy Boxing 6:45pm - 8:00pm Clean up the event space; bag all toys to be picked up on Friday4

Friday, December 19: Toy Organization & Load Out: 9:00am - 12:30pm Bagging up all toys to be delivered to charities & haul toys to truck; finish taking down decorations
